Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Business process analysis: Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business processes related to vessel chartering, fixture management, voyage accounting, and post-fixture operations.
- Solution design: Translate complex business requirements into clear, functional specifications for our development and product teams. Configure our software solution to meet client-specific needs while adhering to industry best practices.
- Implementation and deployment: Lead or support the implementation of our software solution, including system configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
